​Import MRL Roster Data

As an optional, paid service for teams registered for the Spring 2017 MRL season, SportsForms will copy submitted and approved MRL Team data to OSYSA State Cup Rosters, removing the need to retype all team data from scratch.

Participation in the program is purely optional.  If interested, please review the FAQ below and then complete the web form with payment below (below FAQ).

FAQ

Q:  How does this service work?

A:  For a $7 per team fee, SportsForms will copy all relevant information from submitted and approved MRL rosters to OSYSA State Cup rosters.  All Official League Rosters previously submitted to MRL will also be included, so they can be attached, as required by OSYSA.
Q:  Will I need to complete anything on the OSYSA forms after my Team Data is imported?

A:  YES.  MRL does not require each player's Player Card Number, but OSYSA does require that information.  So each player's Player Card Number must be manually entered before submitting to OSYSA for approval.
Q:  What if my MRL roster doesn't include all of the players I want to roster for State Cup OR has more players and I want to register for State Cup?

A:  You still have the option to modify your State Cup roster prior to submitting it to OSYSA.  You would add/remove players as appropriate before signing and submitting the roster to OSYSA.
Q:  What if I've added players to my MRL roster during the season?

A:  All players currently approved for your MRL roster will be included on what is imported for OSYSA.  BUT any players added AFTER importing will NOT be included on your OSYSA roster.
Q:  Is OSYSA requiring MRL teams to do this?

A:  NO!  This a completely voluntary, extra, paid service being offered by SportsForms, and is not included in any registration feeds paid to OSYSA to participate in State Cup.
Q:  I've submitted Official League Rosters to MRL, will those be sent to me as well?

A:  Yes, as part of the email message you receive after submitting this form, all previous Official League Rosters included with MRL rosters will be attached for your use with OSYSA State Cup (if you so choose).
