"What if I notice I've accidentally entered some wrong information on my child's forms.  How can I get that corrected?

Once a document is signed, it can't be updated (by design).  If you feel there is an error that needs correcting, please just re-complete the document and resubmit.

"I've completed my child's documents and gotten a confirmation email, but I'm still getting reminders to complete documents."

That typically means more than one set of documents has been requested for this player (accidentally or on purpose), only one of which has been completed.  The reminder message(s) you're receiving are for the incomplete set(s). If you wish to delete the other documents(s), please use the 'Cancel' link on the reminder emails.

"I've accidentally entered my name instead of my child as a 'Player.' How do I fix this? "

Once a document is signed, it can't be updated (by design).  In that case, you'll want to delete that set of documents (using the 'cancel' link in the reminder email if the documents are unsigned) and then re-request the documents from scratch.  (Watch out for your browser's autofill feature!)
