Special MSYSA Group Pricing

SportsForms is pleased to announce a special Group Pricing agreement for Player Document Collection available to all MSYSA-affiliated clubs.

The price per page has now been set for the 2023-2024 season.  Based on the number of committed documents, a price per page of $.60 is in effect until May 31, 2024 when a new price will be calculated based on committed documents for the 2024-2025 season.

MSYSA Group Pricing Offer Details

How it Works:

• The MSYSA Group Pricing agreement combines the buying power of all interested MSYSA clubs to get the lowest possible price for Player Document Collection.
• Pricing is based on tiers of documents to be collected.  The more documents that are collected overall, the cheaper the cost per document for ALL participating clubs.
• Clubs must commit to a number of documents for collection for a given season and sign an agreement (signed by June 1 for each upcoming season) with SportsForms to have their document counts included in the Group Pricing offer.
  
• On June 1 each year, based on the number of documents committed to, price per page is set, per the table below:

Fine Print:

• Each participating club must commit to a certain number of documents for the upcoming season and sign an agreement with SportsForms individually to participate in this offer.
• All combined Document Commitments determine the pricing tier for all clubs for the duration of the season.
• Club Document Commitments must be within 10% of actual documents collected for the club.  Clubs will be invoiced monthly for actual number of documents created.
• Pricing per document will be set on June 1 each year and remain in effect until May 31 of the following year.  Participating clubs will be notified via email the final pricing on June 1.
  
• Any clubs signing up for Player Document Collection service after June 1 will pay the same Group Rate for documents, but their document counts will not count toward Document Level Pricing tiers until the following year (new pricing tiers will only go into effect on June 1).
• Additional discounting may be available to individual clubs who use other SportsForms services.
  
• This offer may be discontinued at any time, without notice.
• * A 'Document' is defined as an electronic file with 2 or more pages.
